Do my beans expire?
Beans expire after 6 months of inactivity. As long as you visit at least once every 6 months, your balance stays active.
How do I check my balance?
Ask us at the register, check through the app, or visit the member portal online. We'll always tell you where you stand.
Do I need the app?
Nope. Your account is tied to your phone number. Just give it at checkout and your beans are tracked automatically.
Can I drop tiers?
Tiers are based on beans earned in the last 12 months. If your earning slows down, you may move down a tier. Keep in mind that unredeemed beans expire after 6 months, so use them while you've got them.
Does every thing earn beans?
All drinks and food earn beans. Gift cards, taxes, and delivery fees don't. Pretty much everything you'd order at the counter counts.
How do I get my birthday drink?
Make sure we have your birthday on file when you sign up. We'll send you a reward when your birthday rolls around. Any drink, on us.
