WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Experience Preferred, Personality Required.
We can teach you how to pull a perfect shot of espresso. We can teach you latte art, drink recipes, how to prepare food, and how our POS system works. What we can't teach is a genuine smile, a positive attitude, and a desire to make someone's day a little better.
If you're the kind of person who remembers a regular's name, who notices when someone's having a rough morning, who takes pride in doing things the right way even when nobody's watching, you'll fit right in here.
We value reliability, kindness, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Barista experience is great but not required. We've trained people from scratch who became some of our best team members.
